There are several avenues of social media that benefit small businesses. A couple of the best ones are a Facebook business page. Another is MerchantCircle. Then you have social media sites such as Twitter, YouTube and a myriad of blog sites. So you ask what are some of these websites, how can they help my business and how can I get started.
